We chose Trilogy Partners for our extensive remodel in Breckenridge for several reasons. We’ve seen their work in Summit County over the years and felt like it was a match for our visions. We’ve been pleased with the design skills of Michael Rath and his computer modeling that allows the client to make decisions based on a realistic picture of the project. Everyone has worked hard to bring the project to a successful completion, keeping the budget in mind, working with the subcontractors for the best outcome, and keeping the vision alive.

Some highlights from this house outside of the incredible location on the Blue River in Breckenridge are a mining ore cart powder room, copper bar and sink in the kitchen, adding a second floor loft to house a billiard table and the back patio fire pit created with an old mining bucket. The remodel also included a complete energy efficiency upgrade with new high efficiency windows throughout and closed cell foam insulation added to all the exterior walls and roof. An air exchange circulation system insures optimal indoor air quality. We had a lot of fun with the homeowners and are satisfied in knowing this home exceeds their expectations.
